The Basics of the Project Manager Position:

+ You’d be overseeing all projects and allocating resources, such as team members to those projects.

+ You’d be coordinating all scheduling and timelines for projects.

+ You’d be responsible for keeping projects on schedule, on scope, and on budget.

+ You’d be hosting project kickoff meetings with the account manager for the project.

+ You’d be reviewing technical specifications for projects to ensure they are complete.

+ You’d deal with any escalated client or project issues.

+ You’d be preparing regular reports and documents to help streamline processes and improve communication.

This position is a part-time contractor position, expected to be 15-20 hours per week.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED:

• Project planning and scheduling
• Budgeting and financial management
• Quality management
• Scope management
• Resource allocation and management
• Technical proficiency in websites (specifically WordPress) and at least 2 years working with a website or marketing agency that did website projects
• Comfortable working virtually

While this position is remote, we are looking for a candidate in North America or Europe who would be available during our standard operating hours (10am-4pm EST).
