Alchemy + Aim is a website development studio, founded in 2013. We help entrepreneurs, thought leaders, and change agents share their knowledge, step into their genius, and make an impact. We empower them to make decisions about how they want to operate in this world and craft the experiences their clients have of their brand and business.

Our Mission

We believe in amplifying the good in this world. And we believe that technology can be inclusive and an incredibly powerful tool for magnifying voices, expanding social good platforms, and changing our world for the better.

We work with our clients as their partner and guide, co-creating with them beautiful strategic websites and businesses, and we go beyond that to ensure the choices they make are in greater service of themselves, their clients, their communities, and the world.

Our Story

When Brandi decided to quit her job and work as a freelance developer, she didn’t see herself as an entrepreneur. She simply dreamt about a life with more freedom, working with incredible people and truly helping others rather than being caught up in meeting after meeting in small grey rooms. She wanted to travel, to be able to work from anywhere, to shape her future herself.

But she found so much more. She discovered in herself – and in her clients and her team members – a leadership that is disrupting how things have been done and focusing instead on a holistic, humanistic approach to business and activism. She invites you to be part of that.
