Adam is a front-end developer and entrepreneur who lives with his wife and three kiddos in small-town Oklahoma, where he can be found juggling development projects, a specialty coffee roastery, a tutoring business, and a nagging need for sleep (with moderate success). In his free time he enjoys making music with his wife and friends, drinking good coffee, beer, and whiskey, and eating good pizza. #americandream (You can check out his coffee company here.)


Creative Project Manager

New York

Ashleigh is a multifaceted creative entrepreneur and mother of two living in NY. She has over 14 years of experience in design and digital media, and enjoys many creative endeavors, including cooking, painting, mothering children and plants. In her spare time she is recording podcasts, reading, or dancing around her home with her kids.

Ashleigh believes that we create our reality through our choices and habits, and when we prepare for success, it is sure to come.


Project Manager


A curious girl who became a curious adult, South Florida native Bianca loves understanding the “why” behind things. With a BA in graphic design and minor in business administration, she enjoys the delicate balance of being creative and analytical to problem solve. Her experience in brand and website design fuels her dedication to making all the project pieces fit the big picture seamlessly. Behind the screens, Bianca’s hobbies include spending quality time with family and friends, solving logic puzzles, reading, experimenting with her hair, cooking, and traveling…safely of course!


Chief Alchemist + Owner


Brandi is a digital strategist, strategic business consultant, and founder of Alchemy+Aim and North Star Sites, and co co-founder at Interstellar Support. Brandi’s academic background in theatre, philosophy and physics was the perfect foundation for launching her business. She is an advocate for using technology in ways that humanize, connect and serve people as well as for asking deeper philosophical questions and teaching others to think more broadly about impact when they create, particularly in STEAM fields. Brandi is a natural connector and business matchmaker, who is always working to help others step into their genius work and leverage the expertise of those around them to achieve new levels of success and community along the way.


Project Coordinator


A native New Yorker, Claire is a lover of all things creative. She received her bachelor’s degree from New York University, where she completed a double major in Recorded Music and French language. As Project Coordinator, Claire works with the rest of the team to ensure that all projects are completed on time and reflect the excellent work that our clients do.

To date, she has lived in four countries, and has no plans to settle in one place any time soon! She is passionate about folk music, budget travel, and foreign language, and is always open to a good book recommendation.


Executive Assistant


Outdoor enthusiast and coffee connoisseur, Daphne is a San Diego, California resident with a great love for supporting others in reaching their goals. She appreciates a good spreadsheet and brings her passion for planning and research to her role as an Executive Assistant. She has worked as a Recreation Therapist in a state prison and lived in the Middle East working for a non-profit offering a very unique background. When she is not on her computer, you might find her running along a beach, planning her next trip, or reading a book at a local coffee shop.


Content Administrator


A mum of one, content administrator, and teacher in training, Debbie relishes learning new skills. When she isn’t working or studying Debbie enjoys woodland trips with her daughter, exploring new places, catching up with friends or getting cosy whilst enjoying a good book or movie.


Business Manager


Dee is our business manager and lives in upstate NY with her husband, daughter, and two dogs. Dee has a passion for making a difference in the lives of people around her and loves to use her background as an MBA and CPA to create process and order around her. When not working, Dee loves spending time with her family outdoors, trying cuisines from around the world, and planning trips centering around food.




Ebrahim Hasan is a 21 year old developer from Egypt, he has been working as a freelancer since he was 16 years old, he loves working on complicated and interesting websites. In his spare time he enjoys playing video games and with a touchpad.




Erin first learned HTML in the sixth grade and has been building websites ever since. As a graduate of Temple University’s Tyler School of Art and Architecture, she earned a degree in Graphic and Interactive Design, as well as Illustration. She also studied abroad in Tokyo and has a minor in Japanese. Her hobbies include collecting succulents, tending to her garden, drawing comics, hiking, baking, sewing, traveling, trying new foods, and day-dreaming up stories. Living with her two cats and Shiba Inu puppy, her house is constantly covered in fur.

Tech Support Guru


Greg began developing on his twelfth birthday. As a child, he would read PHP and Java manuals on the bus en-route to school and spend time in between class developing games on his TI-83 calculator. When he’s not coding, you can find him hiking with his wife and friends, at the gym, traveling, or in a quiet corner of one of the local libraries.


Design Intern


Hanna is a senior studying graphic and interactive design at Temple University’s Tyler School of Art and Architecture. She enjoys learning and experimenting and is very interested in exploring the interactive side of design. She also values being part of a team that creates meaningful projects to help people which is what drew her to Alchemy and Aim. When she is not creating design work, you can find Hanna painting, running, or enjoying a good book.


Accessibility & DEI Specialist

North Carolina

Jasmine is a passionate advocate for breaking down barriers and creating a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive world through the help of digital technology. Thanks to her BA in Recreation Therapy from UNC Wilmington and a background in service dog handling Jasmine is well-acquainted with the ADA and ensuring both physical and virtual environments can be accessed by everyone, regardless of their abilities. She is also currently an Occupational Therapy Doctorate student at Duke University, where her research focuses on the intersection of accessibility and technology for low vision disorders and autism. If she’s not on her laptop you’ll most likely find her on an international adventure or court-side at a Blue Devils basketball game.




Justyna is a self-taught developer who made her first website at 13 when Geocities, tables and animated GIFs were all the rage. She takes deep pride in clean and semantic code and truly enjoys learning and experimenting with new trends in web development. When not writing code, she can be found exploring new countries, going on adventures with her westie – Milton, playing video games and just generally being a geek.




Leanne is a self-taught developer with a love of well written code and aesthetically pleasing design. She likes to travel, whether that’s to a quaint village in Northern Italy, or a snowy camper van trip around the Highlands of Scotland. When she’s not away from home, she enjoys hiking in the local hills, caring for her ever-growing plant collection, and planning her next adventure.


Designer + Developer

Costa Rica

After a career in map-making and geographic information systems analysis, Neomi transformed her skills into the digital storytelling arts of web design and development. Now she enjoys the mix of tech and design to create websites that connect on a human level. Neomi currently lives in Costa Rica balancing a life of tech, surfing and yoga. In her free time she can be found leading classes on energy healing, or catching waves in the warm waters of the Pacific.


Designer + Quality Control Specialist

New York

Perpetually exhausted father of two; Phillip is a visual designer who likes to design and develop websites when he isn’t asleep. He enjoys spending time with his family, oil painting & mixed media, and trying new cuisine.




Radley was born and raised in Oregon and began programming in high school. His first piece of software was a tool to save and upload screenshots online. Using programming to automate tasks started his career as a freelancer. Fifteen years later Radley now specializes in WordPress development and still enjoys the complex nature of programming.
