We don’t require an exclusive contract for support services, but you will need to sign our one-time Tech Support Agreement before we begin any work. This outlines our rates, included services, and ensures clarity for everyone. If you’re new to Alchemy + Aim, we recommend starting with a Site Health and Security Audit to fully understand your website’s needs.

What are your hours of operation and response time?

Our WordPress support team is here Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm EST. We do our best to respond to most requests within 2 hours during business hours, and if you reach out after hours, we’ll reply the next business day. Some requests take time to plan and implement, so reaching out early ensures we deliver not just a quick fix, but the best long-term solution for your website.

I have a lot of ideas - would it be possible to have a conversation over the phone instead?

Absolutely. We understand it can be hard to share all your ideas or challenges through email. You’re welcome to schedule a Zoom call with us to talk through everything in real time. We also love using Loom for quick videos that show us exactly what you’re experiencing on your site.

My site was hacked. Can you fix it?

In most cases, yes. If your site has been hacked, we’ll perform a thorough audit and run detailed tests to identify the root cause. Our goal is not just to clean up the immediate problem, but to implement solutions that keep your site healthy and secure long-term.

Can you build a new website for me?

Yes. We often provide WordPress support for sites built by other developers. Before we begin, we’ll conduct a comprehensive Website Audit to understand your site’s structure, technology, and needs. This helps us provide the best possible support from day one.

What if I need urgent support outside business hours?

Currently, our support hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm EST. For urgent after-hours issues, please contact us and we will do our best to assist as soon as possible, though response times outside business hours cannot be guaranteed.

Typically, our hourly support rates start at $110 per hour and vary for specialized services. We also offer monthly maintenance packages for ongoing care.
