Going through this process brought immense clarity for the entire team. The visual documentation illuminated previously unseen connections and helped us identify and resolve system issues more effectively.

For example, when we recently encountered a problem impacting one of our sites, the clarity we gained from the mapping allowed us to immediately recognize it would affect multiple sites. That insight enabled us to implement a holistic solution and avoid downstream complications.

Today, our entire team feels significantly more confident and informed. We’re empowered to make strategic changes, fully aware of their impact across the organization. It’s reassuring to know exactly how each element supports our broader goals, and we finally have the tools to maintain both stability and growth.
