Brandi’s academic background in theatre, philosophy and physics was the perfect foundation for launching her business. She is an advocate for using technology in ways that humanize, connect, and serve people, as well as for asking deeper questions about impact we can create. Brandi is a natural connector and business matchmaker, who is always working to help others step into their genius work and leverage the expertise of those around them to achieve new levels of success and community along the way.

Kyla is here to help you better your website. With over a decade of experience managing websites, and a deep understanding of WordPress, she thrives on finding practical and sustainable solutions tailored to each client to support long-term success. An introvert at heart, Kyla is happiest behind the scenes untangling complex systems, creating guides that make things easier for others, and quietly finding ways for things to simply work better.

Based in Las Vegas, Kyla shares a little oasis with a jungle of plants and a few too many spoiled cats (oh, there is also a husband in there somewhere too). When she’s not at her desk, you’ll likely find her in the garden or watching a good documentary with a tasty vegan snack.

A first-generation college graduate with degrees in economics and holistic health, Molly is passionate about problem-solving, human connection, and the systems that shape how we live and work. Molly lives in Connecticut with her partner and three adventurous children, and is pretty sure there’s a way to strap a Kindle on for hands-free reading — she just hasn’t figured it out yet.

As Client Experience Manager at Alchemy + Aim, Rachel serves as the connective tissue between vision and execution — ensuring every engagement feels clear, collaborative, and grounded in what matters most to the people we serve.

Through her journey of helping others tell their stories through design and strategy, Rachel found herself on a personal path of unlearning perfectionism and reconnecting to her inner knowing. She guides clients to remember their uniqueness and power and to stay centered in the truth of what they’re creating in their business. At her core, Rachel is a lover, nurturer, and mother, here to remind us all: we are already everything.

As Technical Lead at Alchemy + Aim, he brings 18 years of web development experience to guide strategy, lead projects, and translate complex ideas into clear development plans. He also supports a team of developers, ensuring thoughtful execution and seamless collaboration from start to finish.

Radley’s home is filled with nearly 100 of his own acrylic and oil paintings. His favorite painting styles include fantasy cityscapes, video game references, and SpongeBob cartoons. His creative side shows up in both his artwork and the user-centered websites he helps bring to life. When he’s not painting or coding, you’ll often find him on a hike, bike ride, or sitting by a campfire enjoying time with friends and family.

Kendra has an MA in International Environmental Policy from the Middlebury Institute at Monterey and a former career as an environmental analyst. Kendra thrives on creativity and loves ideating, from book ideas to digital income streams.

Before starting her independent design practice, Rebecca worked as an art director for the global ad agency HAVAS Worldwide where she led print, TV, digital and integrated campaigns. She holds an MFA in Design from the School of Visual Arts.
