Adam is a front-end developer and entrepreneur who lives with his wife and three kiddos in small-town Oklahoma, where he can be found juggling development projects, a specialty coffee roastery, a tutoring business, and a nagging need for sleep (with moderate success). Andrew has worked in design and development for many years and is always mindful of UX when working on projects. He finds the creativity and coding involved in design to be fascinating, and the process of finding a solution to a problem – as well as the final product – enjoyable. When he’s not developing he enjoys spending time with his family, watching films, or playing guitar.

Creative Project Manager

Ashleigh is a multifaceted creative entrepreneur and mother of two living in NY. She has over 14 years of experience in design and digital media, and enjoys many creative endeavors, including cooking, painting, mothering children, and plants. In her spare time she is recording podcasts, reading, or dancing around her home with her kids.

Ashleigh believes that we create our reality through our choices and habits, and when we prepare for success, it is sure to come.

Bianca understands the importance of balance and communication. As a Program Manager, she has learned how to juggle multiple tasks while ensuring that no detail falls through the cracks. Her experiences have given her an understanding of how to make everyone’s job easier. A continual learner, Bianca loves broadening her knowledge about different fields and industries with each new business Alchemy + Aim works with. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, traveling, and reading.

Brandi is a digital strategist, strategic business consultant, and founder of Alchemy+Aim, North Star Sites, and WPSapphire. Brandi’s academic background in theatre, philosophy and physics was the perfect foundation for launching her business. She is an advocate for using technology in ways that humanize, connect, and serve people, as well as for asking deeper questions about impact we can create. Brandi is a natural connector and business matchmaker, who is always working to help others step into their genius work and leverage the expertise of those around them to achieve new levels of success and community along the way.

Chandni is an Enterprise-Class Full Stack WordPress Developer who loves to develop websites that rock! She develops custom WordPress themes using Gutenberg and plugins. When she isn’t working, Chandni likes spending time in nature taking pictures, listening to music, reading books (lots of them), or playing games.

A native New Yorker, Claire is a lover of all things creative. She received her bachelor’s degree from New York University, where she completed a double major in Recorded Music and French language. Claire has always been a master of multitasking. Her skills have translated well into her current role as Project Coordinator, where she works with the rest of the team to ensure that all projects are completed on time and reflect the excellent work that our clients do. Claire is passionate about folk music, budget travel, and foreign language, and is always open to a good book recommendation.

Ebrahim is a Full Stack Developer and has a wealth of experience in the area. He loves that he gets to have different tasks daily that tackle a variety of problems, and enjoys the learning experience it brings. His superpower is finding weird solutions to all sorts of problems, making this the perfect job for him. In his free time, Ebrahim enjoys playing video games.

Greg has always been fascinated by the way things work. His degree in fine arts with a focus in sculpture allowed him to develop an eye for design and has influenced the way he approaches website development. Since he began developing websites over 10 years ago, Greg has enjoyed seeing the impact his work can have on clients. He loves being part of a team that helps facilitate the ability of others to make an impact on the world through their website. When he’s not developing websites, you can find him reading, learning new languages, or traveling.

JESSICA

Operations Assistant

Jessica is passionate about helping others achieve desired results in different ways. She has supported individuals and companies as a speech language pathologist, personal trainer, health coach, lead in enrollment and sales, project manager, and in operations. She lives in New Jersey with her partner and their children. Jessica enjoys balancing work with physical activity and strength training, spending time outdoors, memorable food experiences, travel, deepening her intuitive spiritual practices, and snuggling her children. Jessica is a perpetual learner and is excited to bring her love of systems to Alchemy + Aim.

Justyna is a web developer with over 10 years of experience. She resides in Poland and loves bringing the designer’s vision to life, creating beautiful working sites from scratch. Justyna loves the freedom to manage her own schedule and figure out things that initially seem impossible. When she’s not working, Justyna enjoys walking her dog, traveling, journaling, and scrolling through Instagram for inspiration.

Leanne is a website developer who loves turning beautiful designs into working websites for amazing and inspiring clients. Her secret superpower of solving jigsaw puzzles allows her to see how every small piece fits into the bigger picture. Leanne loves the freedom she has to travel while still being part of the team at Alchemy + Aim. In her spare time, Leanne loves traveling, spending time with her family, practicing yoga, and hiking in the beautiful surroundings that she gets to call home.

Lindsay has over a decade of experience in Account and Project Management within the agency world. Originally hailing from the beautiful Chicagoland area, she now resides in Austin with her husband and two children. Throughout her career, she’s had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients and industries, helping them achieve their marketing goals. Her favorite part of her job is collaborating with the internal team to solve a problem and seeing the solution come to life. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, working out and cuddling her pups.

PHILLIP

Designer + Quality Control Specialist

Phillip studied illustration, painting, and composition at the School of Visual Arts, laying the foundation for his design, development, and quality control work. He thrives on working with a wide range of clients and learning daily from each project and his fellow team members. Superpowers include telling the best corny dad jokes and making his son and daughter laugh. Outside of work, Phillip enjoys cooking, painting, and spending time with his family.

Radley is a Back-end Developer who loves helping others. He enjoys problem solving for clients and watching how businesses improve with the tools he builds for them. Radley is constantly learning, and appreciates being able to bounce ideas off his teammates. When he’s not making people’s lives easier through development, you’ll probably find him doing a 6-12 mile walk – he especially enjoys walking in the rain.
