Founded in 2013, Alchemy + Aim is a strategic website development studio working through a regenerative business lens. We partner with entrepreneurs, thought leaders, and change agents to share their knowledge, step fully into their genius, and shape the impact they want to have in the world. Together, we design digital platforms and brand experiences that reflect their vision, support intentional growth, and give them true agency in how they operate and connect with the people they serve.

Our Story
When Brandi decided to quit her job and work as a freelance developer, she didn’t see herself as an entrepreneur. She simply dreamt about a life with more freedom, working with incredible people and truly helping others rather than being caught up in meeting after meeting in small grey rooms. She wanted to travel, to be able to work from anywhere, to shape her future herself.
But she found so much more. She discovered in herself – and in her clients and her team members – a leadership that is disrupting how things have been done and focusing instead on a holistic, humanistic approach to business and activism. She invites you to be part of that.
