The Brené Brown Education and Research Group (BBERG) is an education and research collective focused on creating and providing easily accessible, evidence-based resources for individuals, families, communities, organizations, and schools. The primary objective of BBEARG is to assist individuals in constructing the emotional, cognitive, and behavioral groundwork required to confidently engage, be acknowledged, and lead more courageous and authentic lives.

2013 | Q4

Brene Brown hires A+A for ongoing technical support and maintenance of Brené Brown’s new website.

2014 | Q2

A+A founder Brandi flies to Houston, Texas to meet the BBERG team and work with them directly to make more detailed changes and adjustments to the website.

2017 | Q4

A+A develops and launches the new Brené Brown website, brenebrown.com.

2018 | Q3

A+A builds and launches the new Dare To Lead website, daretolead.brenebrown.com. The A+A team builds the Daring Leadership Assessment and the Pre-Work Questionnaire. All assessments were translated into nine languages.

The new website functionality encompasses a lot of business solutions, including:

  • Facilitator management in the backend of the website allowing BBERG to track the work that facilitators are doing and ensuring renewal payments come in on time
  • Website functionality granting facilitators of varying levels access to resources tailored to their respective access
  • Facilitator directories for Dare to Lead and The Daring Way, and the functionality for facilitators to switch between the two account pages
  • An area on the website dedicated to curriculum with courses, providing a space for virtual and at-home learning
2019 | Q1

A+A rebuilds and revamps the brenebrown.com website including new layouts for several key pages.

2020 | Q2

A+A launches the Wholehearted Inventory to coincide with the 10th-anniversary edition of The Gifts of Imperfection. A comprehensive quiz/assessment is launched to help people engage with the material.

2021 | Q4

A+A launches a new brenebrown.com website in partnership with Upstatement and BBEARG teams.

2023 | Q2

A+A completes a substantial revamp of the brenebrown.com website.

2023 | Q3

A+A builds a new course learning management system for BEEARG on WordPress for their engagement with a Fortune 400 company. The website includes variations of the course for different cohorts and extensive caching work to ensure the website is easily accessible by up to 27,000 users at any time.
