What are your hours of operation and response time?
Our WordPress support team is here Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm EST. We do our best to respond to most requests within 2 hours during business hours, and if you reach out after hours, we’ll reply the next business day. Some requests take time to plan and implement, so reaching out early ensures we deliver not just a quick fix, but the best long-term solution for your website.
I have a lot of ideas - would it be possible to have a conversation over the phone instead?
Absolutely. We understand it can be hard to share all your ideas or challenges through email. You’re welcome to schedule a Zoom call with us to talk through everything in real time. We also love using Loom for quick videos that show us exactly what you’re experiencing on your site.
My site was hacked. Can you fix it?
